- Organization of tour packages: We offer tour packages that include flights, accommodations, and activities in one package. These packages can be pre-defined or customized according to our client’s needs.
- Visa: If a visa is required to enter the United Arab Emirates, we can handle the application process. We also include visa services if you purchase any of our travel packages. We can assist with visa extensions or renewals if you are already in the country.

How far in advance should I book a trip?
It is recommended to book at least 10 days before the desired travel date.
What are the most popular destinations you offer?
Although we plan trips to the destination our client requests, we are fully immersed in the wonders of Dubai. Our offices are located here, and we consider ourselves specialists in this area because we have extensive experience planning trips of all kinds to this destination. So yes, Dubai is our home!
What are the cancellation and refund policies?
- We can change the date of your trip if required, in some cases, you may need to cover any additional expenses.
- In case of cancellation, the amount already charged for the service is non-refundable, except for executive or VIP class packages, where 40% of the amount already charged is refunded.
- If our agency makes a mistake that affects your trip, you have the option to allow us to correct it and reschedule your trip or request a refund of 70% of the payment you have made.
How can I contact your agency in case of an emergency during my trip?
Once you confirm the payment for any of our services, you will receive an email that will mention somewhere: emergency contact, which will be the agent you can stay in touch with until you arrive at your destination.
What type of accommodation can you book for me?
It can be hotels, hostels, or Airbnb; the category will depend on the package you request.
Do you have local tour guides available in the destinations you offer?
Currently, we only have tour guides in Dubai, UAE. This service is not included in any of our travel packages at the moment, but you can obtain it by paying an additional fee.
Can you assist me with visa and document procurement?
If required, we can process your visa. All our packages include a 30-day visa for nationals who require a visa to travel to the United Arab Emirates. You can also purchase a longer visa or even residency.
What are the accepted payment options by your agency?
We accept credit or debit card payments, cryptocurrency transfers, and other alternative options in special cases, which you can directly inquire about with one of our online assistants.
